Andrew Pillman launched Advanced Healthcare Solutions (AHS) in 2001 and spent the next two decades building into a respected medical billing company.

Andrew’s founding vision was always to position AHS as an expert, outside voice guiding the overall health and success of each client’s practice.  Through over 20 years of growth, he kept that spirit of ongoing partnership at the forefront of his business model, making him a trusted presence in the Chicagoland market.

In 2018, through strategic acquisition, AHS expanded into Northwest Indiana.  After the success of that expansion, Andrew continued to look for opportunities to grow resources while remaining highly hands-on with his clients.

In 2021, after helping clients grow stronger and more resilient through the COVID-19 pandemic, he found the ideal expansion opportunity with UnisLink.  With the merger completed in fall of 2021, AHS is now positioned as the premier medical billing and consulting resource in the region.

Andrew continues to lead his talented team to provide high-touch service, now with expanded technology and even more creative and adaptive support solutions.  He looks forward to bringing this powerfully unique mix to clients old and new.
