Geoff Lusty joined UnisLink as Regional Director in June of 2023 with the company’s acquisition of Healthcare Support Technologies (HST), where he served as CEO. As Regional Director, Geoff oversees the company’s Pennsylvania Center for Operational Excellence, located in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, and serves on the leadership team to help drive growth from both a geographic and service delivery standpoint.

Geoff began his career with HST as VP of Business Development, where he was responsible for changing the landscape of how the company delivered services. Throughout his tenure, he engineered the company’s dramatic growth both organically and through acquisition, with the company evolving to offer a full suite of medical billing, coding, credentialing, and technology solutions to a nationwide client base of independent practices (of nearly every specialty), multi-specialty physician networks and FQHCs/RHCs. Throughout that growth, Geoff remained steadfast in building long-term client relationships based on integrity, delivery, and trust.

Prior to joining HST, Geoff spent 8 years in the technology industry, leading sales and marketing efforts for a worldwide developer of software components for Microsoft Windows, web and mobile application development.  The technology that Geoff worked in many years ago remains foundational to many of the cloud-based PM and EMR software systems that UnisLink clients use today.

Geoff received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University and Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University. When not building companies and serving customers, he enjoys spending as much time with his wife and 2 children as possible.  Sports and outdoor activities fill his free time including playing golf, tennis, coaching soccer, and fly-fishing.
