Senior Vice President, US Operations
Steve Link is an action-oriented and seasoned executive with 25+ years of experience leading client delivery teams focused on solving complex business problems and driving client value.
As the former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CareCloud Inc., Steve was pivotal in managing the company’s operations. He led a team of over 2,000 team members across all corporate divisions and ten global service delivery centers within the US, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, delivering services and HCIT products to over 40,000 US providers. Steve served on the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance, oversight, and reporting to the CEO and BOD.
He began his career in Financial Services at FleetBoston Financial and Bank of America in numerous operations and project leadership roles. Following that, he spent almost nine years leading RCM operations teams at athenhealth establishing aggressive strategic targets to optimize RCM service delivery, client retention and operational optimization.
Steve attended the New England College of Business, where he studied Business Administration and holds a Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Qualtec.
Currently, Steve lives in Southeast Florida with his wife and five children where he enjoys spending time with family, biking in the Everglades and sports.
