Terence joined the UnisLink family in 2024 as Head of Operations in India. Based in Hyderabad, he is a key member of our global executive team, which is integral to developing overarching business strategies and goals and leading our India operations team to reach these objectives.
He has more than 20 years of experience in various industries, including business, financial, and technology services. His expertise lies in transforming business operating models by leading high-performing, client-focused teams and providing them with a clear operational vision. He has a solid foundation in the PPT (people, process, and technology) framework and is passionate about driving business and financial transformation through it.
Terence has previously worked for a leading healthcare company with headquarters in the US and delivery locations in the US, India, and the Philippines. During his time there, he held various roles, such as setting and managing the Quality and Training Framework for AR and serving as the Head of Operations for their offshore unit in the Philippines. In this role, he successfully grew the team from 50 to 1200 employees in five years. Additionally, Terence managed a significant AR portfolio out of the India office.
Terence is a fitness enthusiast who loves swimming. He is married and has a son and a daughter.
