Prem Asokan joined the UnisLink family as Head of Operations, India. in 2022. Based in Hyderabad, he is a key member of our global executive team, integral to developing overarching business strategies and goals and leading our India operations team to reach these objectives.

Prem brings over two decades of experience across diverse industries including business, financial and technology services. He specializes in transforming business operating models by building high-performance, client-centric teams and guiding them to greater heights through precise operational vision.  He has a strong foundation in, and fondness for, driving business and financial transformation through the people, process, and technology (PPT) framework.

Prior to joining UnisLink, Prem worked as a transformation consultant at Franklin Templeton, significantly improving effectiveness across teams. He has previously worked for Cognizant, Genpact and Larsen & Toubro in operational and transformational roles.

Mr. Asokan holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s degree in technology from IIT Kharagpur. He is a GE Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, GARP Certified Financial Risk Manager and has completed the CFA Level III exam.

Prem, married with two daughters, is a fitness enthusiast and is into running, hiking, and working out. He is an avid reader who also loves photography and traveling.
